Chair Massage
This type of massage is popular in corporate settings and is used to reduce stress, anxiety and tension.
It is performed in a purpose built chair which supports the body in a forward leaning position. Chair massage normally ranges between 15 - 30 minutes in duration and concentrates on the back, neck shoulders, arms, hands and sometimes the scalp.
Chair massage is generally more gentle than other massage modalities as it is used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve tension leaving the client feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
This can also be used as a combined treatment along with couch massage for restoration and re-balancing to alleviate stress.
