Why I Have Decided To Have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

This is a regrettable decision but last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on my business.

When a session is cancelled at short notice or missed, it often means that I cannot offer that time to another client who may need it and would benefit from the treatment.

As a small business having a cancellation policy in place helps protect my ability to continue offering high-quality treatments, while also encouraging commitment from all clients.

I completely understand that things in life can happen, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.

The policy is at the discretion of Generate Sports Massage Therapy and helps me to keep the business running smoothly.

Cancellation Policy

For advanced bookings (48 plus hours of the appointment time), a deposit of 50% will be required to secure your appointment. For example, if you book a 60-minute appointment at £45, the deposit fee will be £22.50.

If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time for any reason, the deposit will not be returned.

Should the appointment be cancelled outside of this period then the deposit will be returned to you.

For any appointments booked within 24 hours of the appointment time, a full non-refundable payment will be required.

If this appointment is cancelled and rebooked within 7 days of that appointment, I will hold the payment for the new appointment session.

If another appointment is not made within the 7 day time period, then the payment will not be returned.
