Fantastic leg and foot massage for my 12 year old son today. Prior to the massage he took time to understand his sport - what he had been doing and what events he had coming up, he explained what he was going to do and why. I highly recommend Glen for sports massage as a runner who runs 60-65 miles a week along with strength training, working as a personal trainer. My legs and back can often feel tight and fatigued
I have been having regular sports massage with Glen and can really feel the benefits the days after in my running
Recently I have competed in a Grand Prix running race series and did 4 races in 10 days with post race massage in between the races and I got personal best in each race and my legs felt great and ready to work hard in each race

Really excellent!! Booking an appointment was super easy and the pre-treatment information was helpful and reassuring.
